Yen press manga submission guideline HELP!!!!?

i want to submit a manga to yen press but i dont understand the submission guidelines it doesnt have enough GOOD information to how it is supposed to be sent also what is the maximum age or what age are you expected to be in to be able to send work to yen press can some one who knows very well about yen press tell me what they want to see in a manga if its sent to them and how it will be excepted? sorry the submission guidelines are not helpful enough to me on the website i dont understand it very well (i dont mean by language lol)
