Anyone Ever Use Clicktale?

I just read about this today. For those who don't know, Clicktale turns your visitor activity, (where they browse, find out if everyone is being turned off by a form) is put into a video. I know it's not really a necessity since you can find out through analytics but it's supposedly pretty cool. I'm thinking it would be a good idea to use on a couple of my real estate listing sites. Clicktale is mainly used by ecommerce sites.
