Cheddar but is it Cheese? Empty Cheddar but is it Cheese?

In Makro they are selling several different 'Things' labled 'Mature Cheddar' or 'Mild Cheddar'. I say 'Things' because not one of them says Cheese. They sell Chamflour 'Cheddar' which states it is a cheese substitute made with vegetable fat. However the other 'Cheddars' say nothing. So I'm avoiding them in case they are not. Don't want to be done by trading standards for passing off cheese substitute as cheese.
